The Education Commitment Campaign (ECC) is entirely volunteer-led with representation from all stakeholder groups: Belmont Redwood Shores School District, SchoolForce, Central PTA, Cipriani PTA, Fox PTA, Nesbit PTA, Ralston Middle School PTA, Redwood Shores PTA, Sandpiper PTA, and Opening Doors PTA.
Steering Committee
The Steering Committee is made up of representatives from BRSSD, SchoolForce, and each of the PTAs. This committee coordinates and makes decisions in connection with the Education Commitment Campaign (ECC), including any changes to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) which is the document that defines and governs the joint fundraising campaign.

Marketing & Communications Committee
This group develops and executes on the marketing plan for the ECC including: branding, messaging, updating the website (eccbrssd.org), gathering quotes from supporters across the community, and developing of all ECC marketing content including the website, newsletters, flyers, video, FAQ, training materials, presentations, etc.

Data & Tracking Committee
We are working together to track donor data and create reporting and analysis for the Fall 2023 campaign season and throughout the period defined in the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), to ensure agreed-upon levels of donor confidentiality, and ensure the financial disbursements are in compliance with the MOU.
